January 12, 2009 - The Swift is finally completed after nearly a year and a half in the making! I have added a few more pictures of the test kit during construction here. Ordering details will be made available in the next update (March or so).

Meanwhile, issue #16 of Sci-fi & Fantasy Modeller will feature an 8 pages article on the making of my Swift, with exclusive pictures! Order your copy now :o)

September 06, 2009 - The Swift project is really near completion. You can read all the progress about it right here. If you are interested in getting a kit just drop me an e-mail. I have added a few more kits to my trading page since last update and a few like the blue Arcadia are almost sold out ...and will be discontinued once they are.

May 26, 2009 - Latest Swift update on page 3! This project is getting near the end...

February 16, 2009 - I have made some good progress on the Swift since last update. There is more than a dozen new pictures (and comments!) starting from the middle of page 2. The Swift will stand on its own feet by the next update...

October 14, 2008 - I have been working on the Swift inner body and main engine since last update. You can follow the progress on page 1 and page 2. After a few weeks off this project, work should resume by the end of the month.

This little break from the Swift allowed me to complete a few already started projects for my Space 1999 fleet... You can see all the pictures in the recently enhanced gallery.

June 30, 2008 - I have been working on a new project for the past few months; The Swift from Space 1999. This kit will bring his share of new challenges, which is rather exciting! You can follow the progress here.

On the other hand, I have not made any real progress on Captain Future's Comet but don't worry, patience will pay off to those who will wait... (Release postpone to 2009).

I am also postponing the Blackbird due to an obvious lack of time (3 kids, my true job, family projects, etc ...you know the story). However, this is still a subject that I would like to do so consider it as planned.

New pictures of Darren Bertrand's Viper Mark II and Viper Mark VII, featuring a awesomely well made wooden base. By the way, I still have a few Kara and landing gear upgrade sets left for the Viper Mk2.

April 2, 2008 - I have released a new line of accessories for the Product Enterprise's Eagle die-cast (1:72 scale). They will also fit most 12" Eagles (Warp, AMT, Imai, etc.)

I also have a new pilot (Kara) and landing gear set to upgrade my Viper Mark II. These parts are available for a limited time only until supplies (molds) last.

Progress is slower than expected on Captain Future's Comet but at least it is going in the right direction (free time is my biggest issue right now...)

December 29, 2007 - The Viper Mark VII is finally available from Federation Models (Sci-High's page) so hurry up and build your fleet! Reviews are available on SSM here and here.

I am holding the Blackbird project for a while to see how the Mk7 will do... Instead I have been working on Captain Future's Comet (Cyberlab) so expect the first WIP pictures at the end of Winter.

I will also have a few accessories shortly for the Space 1999 12" Eagle (Product Enterprise or Warp). Here's a few exclusive shoots at the Laser Turret and Access Stairs patterns ...more to come!

I would like to thank everyone for their continuous support and I wish you all the best for the new year!

August 1, 2007 - The Viper Mark VII is completed! Federation Models will be producing the kit very soon so stay tuned to their Sci-High page to place your order!

I have started gathering some essential parts for building Captain Future's Comet (Cyberlab). There won't be anything to show here until this Fall however (at least!) The Blackbird is also on the drawing board ...No ETA for now.

Finally, I have started two new pools to give me an idea of what kits to build in a not to far future. You can place your votes here and here (at the bottom of each pages).

April 7, 2007 - Many new pictures were added to the Viper Mk7 project. And for those who wonder what project is next, go to the creations page...

December 28, 2006 - I have just posted the latest pictures on the Viper Mark VII project along with the others added since last update.

The Space Wolf is now produced and sold exclusively from Federation Models - You can place your order directly on theeir website, via the Sci-High models page.

And don't forget to pass by the trading post to see the latest additions!

Happy Holidays !!!

September 15, 2006 - I have added the first page on thhe Viper Mark VII project. Stay tuned for more pictures soon!

The Viper Mark II is now produced and sold exclusively at Federation Models (look for Sci-High model kits). Speaking of the Mark II, don't miss Darren Bertrand's incredible Viper build up! Darren was kind enough to send me exclusive shots!

For those who missed the first run, the Blue Arcadia is once again available. Quantities are very limited and I don't intend to make more once they're gone! See the trading post for details on how to order.

The Space Wolf will also be produced by Federation Models soon. If you'd like to be notified when it becomes available, just send me an email. Meanwhile, enjoy Vaughn MacPhail amazing scratch build project of a 1:24 Space Wolf!

May 15, 2006 - For those wondering what's happening with the projects I am currently working on, here's a follow-up.

The newly remastered Cosmo Wing is back in stock! A limited re-run of the Blue Arcadia will available in the days ahead. Work on the Viper Mark VII as begun but not enough for pictures yet. The Mazone Battleship is progressing slowly but no ETA for that one. The Viper Mark II and the Space Wolf kits will be available again soon... Captain Future's Comet ship is still planned as the next project. And unfortunately, I got no time left to progress on my own Mark II build up :( That's it!

Next update will be around August so until then enjoy summer everyone!

January 22, 2006 - It has been a while since last update but here's some!

I have added a new page to the Blue Arcadia section. It shows some good comparisons between the one I scratchbuilt and the original Takara's kit from which I was inspired from - Enjoy!

I am currently assembling one of my Viper Mark II (for myself) and I will post pictures at the next update. All I can say is that it will have a heavily beaten look...

For the Harlock fans, I just want you to know that the Mazone battlecruiser is still in the work! It will be in the same scale as the Blue Arcadia kit (1/1400). The diameter of the saucer section is 16 cm (6.3 inches) and the final kit should be 23 cm long (9 inches). No ETA yet but stay tuned for more details as they come.

As usual, the trading post page has been updated a few times since last official update.

You will probably notice that I have made some changes to the look of some pages (like this one!)  I am currently revamping the website so if you see something that does not work properly, or if you have any suggestions, please let me know!

September 18, 2005 - The Viper Mark II project is almost over. Final decals are done and I have already made a few castings ready for assembly. Alfred Wong kindly accepted to do a test build-up of one kit. You can see some test shots of his great work at the bottom of this page. Hopefully, I will build one for myself and post some pictures as well in the months ahead.

On another note, I have been trying to make a logo for my kits for quite a while now. Over the time, some of you have refer to my kits as "Alex Creations" so I have decided to stick with it. You can see what I come up with right here (top of the page). Like it or not, let me know what you think!

As usual, my trading page has been updated a couple of times since last update.

June 23, 2005 - Sorry for the lack of updates lately but family projects have been talking most of my "free" time for the past few months. Nevertheless, I have been able to make some good progress on my 1/72 Viper Mk II.

The trading page has been updated as well since last time.

March 20, 2005 - The new Battlestar Galactica series really has some great spaceships designs - I specially like the Viper Mark II. That is why I have decided to scratchbuild a 1/72 Viper Mark II as my current project - Just click on the picture below to see the first details of this project.

Meanwhile, the Mazones battleship is progressing at a good rate, even though some parts were remade to make the vessel more accurate. And as always, the trading page as been updated with new additions.

February 7, 2005 - Extensive research and calculations (with ScaleMaster) were made by Vaughn McPhail to determine the unofficial dimensions of the Space Wolf space fighter (no official specs exist to our knowledge...) The length would be about 11.3 meters (37 ft.) which brings my kit to a scale averaging 1/110 - Thanks Vaughn!

And here's a little something that might interest some of you. The first glimpse at the construction of a Mazonesy battleship to keep the Arcadia busy on lonely days... Yes, it will be in scale with the Blue Arcadia.

New links were added recently and as usual the trading post page has been updated as well.

December 23, 2004 - The Cyberlab is the poll winner with 39% of the 176 votes cumulated. Therefore, it moves officially to the next project on my workbench. This said, I have started a new poll including a new subject that I think some may be interested in... go place your vote now!

Many of you have been asking if there were to be more Space Wolves available in the near future. Well, I was not planning on doing so at first but if the demand is sufficient (worth the time and cost) I might make another limited run - Just let me know if you want to be on the list.

Also look for updates in the trading post. And Merry Chrismast everyone!

December 4, 2004 - First pictures of my completed Arcadia are finally available.

September 1, 2004 - Finally, first pictures of the Arcadia kits are available right here - I hope to be able to show an assembled model in October's update.

Meanwhile, there's many new additions to the Trading page so be sure to have a look...

Also, I have discovered some dead links in the Gallery lately. I have tried to fix them but the problem won't be resolved for good until I change my strategy (provider) - Anyway, I am planning a good revamping of my website next year so I will address this at the same time.

June 20, 2004 - The last few months have been quit busy as I am a new father (today is Fathers day by the way!) so I am taking all the little time I have to complete the Arcadia project. Therefor, there will be no update this month except for the Trading post ...but I hope to have some pretty exciting pics for next time!

May 16, 2004 - The final work on the Arcadia is progressing slowly but surely!  I have added a picture of the prototype decals on the progress page - Some of you asked me how I was building the parts so I have made a special page on how the bridge & tower sections were made.

I have also posted pictures of Olivier Cabourdin's Cosmo Wing in the gallery - Nicely done Olivier!  And many little updates throughout the site so feel free to sneak around!

April 3, 2004 - The Arcadia's bridge section is finally done!  I have posted more photos of the master parts right here. This project should be completed around the end of Spring if everything goes well...

Darren Bertrand sent me pictures of his Cosmo Wing and almost completed Space Wolf.  You can see his work in the gallery and also on Starship Modeler - Well done Darren!

New links were added recently and as usual the trading post page has been updated.

February 10, 2004 - Guess what! I have finally posted the latest photos on the Blue Arcadia project. The prototype is well advanced and I hope to have pictures of the bridge section for the next update - I will also try to include photos and comments on how some of the parts were scratchbuilt.

Speaking of the Arcadia, Olivier Cabourdin has made a really good review on Staship Modeler about the Space Wolf 2nd edition - Merci Olivier!

There's also has been a few additions to the trading post section since last update.

January 10, 2004 - Not a big update for now but stay tuned for new pictures of the Blue Arcadia in two or three weeks  (31/01) almost there! ...hopefully next week
